1. How long does it take to receive my logo?
The average turnaround time is 7 business days from the start date, depending on revisions. It can take up to 2 weeks in case revisions are delayed on the client’s end.
2. What if I want more than two revisions?
Additional revisions can be added for a small fee of $25-$65 (but not more than $100) if you’d like more options beyond the two included in the package.
3. What file formats will I receive?
You’ll receive JPG, PNG (transparent background), SVG, and PDF files, giving you flexibility for both print and online use.
4. Can I upgrade later if I need more design support?
Yes! If you decide to expand your branding, you can upgrade to a more comprehensive package or add services like a custom website or marketing materials.
